No. Racquet rental is available in a range of current frames and grip sizes. If you bring your own, we can restring it on site.

English, Ukrainian and Russian as standard. For any other language we arrange synchronous interpretation on court, included for retreat guests.

Not the way we schedule it. Sessions run early morning and late afternoon, avoiding the midday peak. Courts are shaded where possible and hydration is managed as part of the session.

Yes, and it is common. We arrange a parallel programme — diving, cenotes, spa, Tulum — so nobody spends the week waiting by a court.

Yes. Our junior programme covers ages 6 to 17, from first lessons through to academy preparation and tournament coaching.

We meet you in arrivals with a sign and take you to your hotel in a pre-paid private vehicle. Your return transfer is included too. We track your flight, so delays are not a problem.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival with a full refund of deposits. Between 30 and 14 days we refund half or move your dates at no charge. Inside 14 days we will always try to move rather than cancel. Named-storm disruption is always moved without penalty.

Yes, a deposit confirms your dates and hotel. We will send payment details once your plan is agreed. Submitting a reservation request on this site costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Yes. We recommend and book vetted all-inclusive resorts as part of your package, chosen for court access and quality of food and gym facilities.
