The experience

Everything between landing and flying home.

We meet you at the airport

Cancun International is one of the busiest airports in Latin America and the arrivals hall is aggressive with touts. You will not deal with any of it. A named member of our team waits for you past customs with a sign, walks you to a pre-paid private vehicle, and travels with you to your hotel. We track your flight, so a delay changes nothing.

All-inclusive hotels

We place you in all-inclusive resorts we have personally inspected, chosen for proximity to good courts, quality of food for people who are training, and a gym worth using. Food, drinks, and in most properties spa access, are included. If you would rather have a private villa with its own court, we arrange that instead.

Live translation to any language

Coaching happens in English, Ukrainian or Russian as standard. If your language is not one of those, we arrange synchronous interpretation on court so instruction reaches you in real time rather than in summary. This is included for retreat guests.

Courts and facilities

We use hard and clay courts across the Cancun hotel zone and Riviera Maya, booked for early morning and late afternoon so you are never training in peak heat. Ball machines, video setup and stringing are available.

Ground transport

All transfers between your hotel and the courts are included and scheduled around your sessions. No taxis, no negotiating fares, no waiting in the sun.

Equipment

Racquet rental is available if you would rather not fly with yours. We keep a range of current frames in several grip sizes, plus on-site stringing with a choice of string and tension.

Tailored experiences on demand

A proposal on the beach after a lesson. A junior's first tournament abroad. A pre-season training block for a club team. A non-playing partner who wants diving, cenotes and Tulum while you train. Tell us what the trip is really for and we build around it.

Beyond tennis

Cenote swims, Isla Mujeres, Chichen Itza, reef diving and the Tulum ruins are all within reach. We arrange excursions on your rest days with operators we trust.

The court day

We schedule around the heat, not through it

The single most common complaint about tennis in the Caribbean is that it is unplayable by midday. It is — so we do not play then. Sessions sit either side of the peak, and the hours in between are yours for the beach, the pool or a nap.

  1. 06:30 Morning session Technical work while the court is still cool
  2. 11:00 Off court Beach, pool, excursions, recovery
  3. 17:00 Afternoon session Tactics, drills and match play
  4. 19:30 Done for the day Dinner at the resort

Times shift by season. Your exact schedule comes with your itinerary.

When to come

When to come

Cancun is playable year-round. December through April is dry, warm and busiest. May through October is hotter and more humid with short afternoon rain, and noticeably cheaper. Hurricane season runs June to November; we monitor it and will move your dates without penalty if a named storm threatens your window.
